We are starting to stock brewing items that we use ourselves.
The papers are suitable for all brewers that use Hario 01 cone papers, we use in either 01 Size Neo, ceramic V60 or the small Origami dripper.
They work really well with a relatively fast drawdown and great outcome in the cup.
From Cafec:
The filter paper is crafted using a combination of the eco-friendly non-wood material ABACA, also known as Manila hemp, and wood pulp sourced from a forestation project. This unique blend of materials highlights the commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing.
The utilization of ABACA in the filter paper renders it truly eco-friendly. ABACA filter paper boasts excellent permeability to both air and liquids, allowing for efficient water flow during the brewing process. It also exhibits impressive toughness and elasticity, ensuring its durability and reliability. These qualities contribute to a consistently high-quality brewing experience.
Manufactured in Japan, the ABACA filter paper upholds the country's reputation for precision and craftsmanship.
