Producer & Origin
This coffee comes from Santiago Noriega in Huila, Colombia. Cultivares Farm is a family-led project born from a desire to do things differently. It is rooted in the value of specialty coffee and shaped by the professional journey of Santiago Noriega, a young coffee producer from Tarqui, Huila.
Sourcing
We sourced this coffee through Mi Cafe, a partner whose work focuses on connecting independent roasters with progressive Colombian producers and thoughtfully prepared lots.
Practical Notes
Designed to feel balanced and refined as filter while also delivering a modern and expressive espresso.
Depending on brew method and dose, a 250g bag may produce around 10-12 cups.
