Producer & Origin
This coffee comes from Luz Ángela Rojas in Huila, Colombia. Having grown up surrounded by coffee farming, she returned to the family farm during the pandemic to focus on quality-driven production and careful agronomic work. The result is a coffee that feels refined and expressive while remaining grounded in classic Colombian character.
Sourcing
We sourced this coffee through Mi Cafe, a partner whose work focuses on connecting independent roasters with progressive Colombian producers and thoughtfully prepared lots.

Designed to feel balanced and refined as filter while also delivering a smooth, comforting espresso.
Depending on brew method and dose, a 250g bag may produce around 12–16 cups.
