Producer & Origin
Finca San José Ocaña has been cared for by the Sanchez family for over 110 years and sits around 2,000 metres above sea level in San Juan Sacatepéquez, Guatemala. The farm began primarily as a forestry operation before evolving into a specialty coffee estate, where high altitude, clay-rich soils and careful varietal selection contribute to dense, high-quality cherries. Alongside coffee production, areas of native and planted forest remain an important part of the farm’s long-term sustainability.

Sourcing
We sourced this coffee through Caribbean Goods, a partner whose work focuses on transparent relationships with Guatemalan producers and bringing thoughtfully sourced coffees to independent roasters.

Practical Notes
Designed with filter brewing in mind, where the body and clarity feel most balanced across a range of methods.
Depending on brew method and dose, a 250g bag may produce around 12–16 cups.
