This coffee was grown by Paola Trujillo at the farm Patio Bonito.
This is a traditional variety in Colombia and most of the small-scale coffee farmers have this variety. In the late eighteenth century, cultivation spread to the Caribbean, Mexico, and Colombia. Until the 1940s, the majority of coffee plantations in South and Central America were planted with Typica.
Depending on your brew method and dose, 150g will make approx 6 to 8 cups of coffee & 220g will make 10 to 12 cups of coffee.
You can select whole bean or a grind size as well as roast profile, lighter or darker, depending on your preference, when you select purchase.
