Producer & Origin
This coffee comes from Jairo Arcila at Finca Santa Mónica in Quindío, Colombia. A third-generation coffee grower, Jairo spent over four decades working as a mill manager before focusing fully on his own farms, where careful picking, sorting and varietal selection help produce coffees known for both comfort and clarity in the cup.

Sourcing
We sourced this coffee through Cofinet, a company founded by Jairo’s sons Carlos and Felipe, whose work focuses on connecting independent roasters with thoughtfully produced Colombian coffees and innovative varietals.

Practical Notes
Designed primarily for filter brewing, where the balance of chocolate sweetness and citrus brightness feels most complete. It also works beautifully as espresso if you enjoy a classic profile with a little extra lift.
Depending on brew method and dose, a 250g bag may produce around 12–16 cups.
